Not Emergency Services

eGlobalDoctors is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services (911 in the US, 999 in the UK, or your local emergency number) immediately.

Do not use our Services for emergency medical situations including but not limited to:

• Chest pain or heart attack symptoms
• Difficulty breathing or severe shortness of breath
• Severe bleeding or trauma
• Loss of consciousness or altered mental state
• Stroke symptoms
• Severe allergic reactions

Professional Medical Advice

All medical consultations provided through our platform are offered by licensed healthcare professionals. However:

• Consultations do not establish a traditional doctor-patient relationship
• Second opinions are informational and should be discussed with your primary physician
• You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through our Services

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee or warrant:

• Specific medical outcomes or results
• The accuracy or completeness of any medical information provided
• That our Services will meet your specific medical needs
• Availability of specific healthcare providers at all times

Service Scope

Telehealth services include:

• Live video consultations with healthcare providers
• Expert second medical opinions on diagnoses and treatment plans
• Review of medical records, test results, and imaging
• Follow-up consultations and care coordination
• Prescription services where legally permitted

Technical Requirements

To use our telehealth services, you must have:

• A reliable internet connection
• A device with camera and microphone capabilities
• Compatible web browser or mobile application
• A quiet, private location for consultations

Appointment Policy

• Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled through our platform
• Cancellation: Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
• No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of fees
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule appointments subject to provider availability

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected
• The Services will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EGLOBALDOCTORS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Medical outcomes or results from consultations

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO EGLOBALDOCTORS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eGlobalDoctors and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and healthcare providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Your content or conduct on the Services

Grounds for Termination

We may terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You abuse or harass healthcare providers or other users
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue the Services

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• You will remain liable for any outstanding fees or obligations
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@eglobaldoctors.com. You will be responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through the following process:

Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in London, England for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.
