- Availability of specific healthcare providers at all times
Telehealth Services
Our telehealth services connect you with licensed healthcare providers through video, audio, and text-based consultations.
Service Scope

Appointment Policy

- No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of fees

- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Medical outcomes or results from consultations
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO EGLOBALDOCTORS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eGlobalDoctors and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and healthcare providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another
- Your content or conduct on the Services
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
Grounds for Termination
We may terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- You abuse or harass healthcare providers or other users
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- We discontinue the Services
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and all associated data
- You will remain liable for any outstanding fees or obligations
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
Jurisdiction
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in London, England for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.
